Grilled Tuna Ingredients: 1 lb Sushi Grade Tuna Fresh Lemon and/or Lime Juice High heat cooking spray Black Sesame Seeds (optional)Preparation: Heat grill to high Squeeze lemon and/or lime juice on one side of tuna Coat same side with sesame seeds (optional) Spray grill with high heat cooking spray Place tuna, coated side down, on grill and let cook until meat is turning opaque about half way up the side of the tuna Turn tuna and cook second side until opaque all the way up the sides Remove from grill and squeeze some fresh lemon juice over top Cut into thin slices and serve
Other Options: Use cracked black pepper, white sesame seeds or wasabi powder in place of the black sesame seeds. You can also make an herb rub with fresh parsley, tarragon, and sea salt. Use blackened seasoning
