Homemade cheese and parsley sausage


Preparation Time:  10 minutes


By seasoning ground pork yourself, you can make it your own, adding more or less of the ingredients you like for flavor.


 Ingredients:

1 pound fresh ground pork
fresh chopped parsley
fresh grated parmesan cheese
garlic
salt and pepper
2 Tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
Fennel seeds (optional)


Preparation:

Place ground pork in a large bowl
add chopped parsley, cheese, garlic, salt and pepper, and fennel and mix through.
Drizzle olive oil and gently mix again.

Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before using.

This recipe can be used in any dish that calls for the use of loose sausage.  Feel free to add other seasoning you like such as fresh basil, oregano, etc.
