Grilled Asparagus

Ingredients:                                                                     Preparation Time: 15 minutes
Fresh asparagus
salt
pepper
olive oil
lemon

Cooking Instructions:
Cut off hard ends of asparagus
Place in a bowl or plate and drizzle with olive oil
lightly sprinkle with salt and pepper
squeeze on juice from 1/2 lemon and mix to coat each spear



Cook on med high grill, turning as asparagus starts to turn brown and gets grill marks.  Total cooking time should be about 5 minutes, depending on thickness of individual spears.
When finished cooking, drizzle with a little more olive oil and squeeze remaining 1/2 lemon juice.
