Ingredients:
2 ripe avacado 1 clove garlic minced 1 fresh lime squeezed jalapeno cilantro salt
Preparation:
Cut avacado in halves Remove pits by hitting with knife and twisting as shown
Make cuts down and across to make cubes in flesh of avacado, run knife between flesh and skin. Pull back on skin so that avacado turns inside out and using a spoon or knife, remove flesh from skin.
Place avacado in bowl and add garlic and lime juice. The amount of jalapeno and cilantro you add depends on your own taste. Add about 1/8 tsp salt and mash together with fork for a chunky texture, or if you like smooth creamy guacamole, you can use a food processor.
Cover and refrigerator for about 15 minutes so flavors combine before serving.
